Scooter Rentals With Las Vegas Mobility Scooters and Lifts
 

New hotel/casino policies regarding mobility scooter rentals:


DUE TO PROBLEMS FROM NON HANDICAPPED USERS
OF MOBILITY SCOOTERS WE ARE LIMITED TO CERTAIN HOTELS/CASINOS WE CAN RENT OUR SCOOTERS.
 

This is due select few people (non-handicap) who have took advantage of hotels and other outside mobility scooter businesses by ordering multiple (on average 4 or 6) scooters at one time for only a day. Most people (again, non-handicap people) who asked about renting scooters for a day were very rude to the Bell Desk employees and would bring the scooters back in very bad condition and damaged, not to mention causing a complete nuisance inside the casinos. This has continued for a number of weeks until finally the management of several hotels had to step in and ban many outside mobility scooter rental companies from dropping off scooters for customers (even for people who REALLY needed them!). This statement is from several management and employees who work these hotels/casinos.

We as a company are disheartened by the actions of some who have literally made it almost impossible for us to accommodate our handicapped customers. Our scooters are for Disabled and handicapped customers and are not recreational vehicles.

Please read and understand our Rental Terms and Conditions *** COVID-19 (Additional Information Regarding Scooter Rental) As of 05/25/2020 *** Due to the restrictions in place by the Nevada Gaming Commission and Governor of Nevada, the hotel casino and hospitality industry here in Las Vegas will be performing guest-monitored temperature screening when entering in a hotel/casino to reduce the risk of infection of COVID-19 throughout their properties. If you are refused entry to fly or refused entry to a property that you have booked for your stay and to rent a scooter to use during your stay we can not refund your rental. DO NOT TRAVEL if you show signs of of having any symptoms related to COVID-19
